AidExcel Support Services was founded in 2007 by Faith Unoarumhi — a mother, advocate, and specialist with three master's degrees — after watching her own children navigate a system that simply wasn't designed to include them. That personal experience ignited a professional mission that has never dimmed.
We are a registered UK charity (No. 1147385) providing completely free support to families with children and young people aged 0–16 who have disabilities, additional needs, or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Our services are delivered across London and remotely throughout the UK.

Raising a child with a disability can be emotionally exhausting. Our founder is a certified Incredible Years trainer and Parent Infant Perinatal Therapist (PIPT). We offer evidence-based therapeutic support to help families build resilience, connection, and wellbeing.
School Transitions & Planning
From primary to secondary, from school to adult life — transitions are critical moments for children with SEND. We help families plan, prepare, and navigate these turning points with confidence, ensuring continuity of support throughout.

Faith Unoarumhi is one of the UK's most experienced and respected voices in disability inclusion, SEND advocacy, and family empowerment. Her journey began not in a boardroom or a classroom, but at home — raising three children with visual impairment and discovering, with each meeting and each form, that the system was simply not designed to support families like hers.
Rather than accept that reality, Faith spent the next two decades systematically dismantling it. She earned three master's degrees, trained as a certified parent therapist, became a non-executive director overseeing a £56 million community regeneration programme, and founded AidExcel Support Services — a charity built entirely on the premise that no family should face the SEND system alone.
With over 23 years as an inclusion facilitator and 15+ years as a registered family therapist, Faith brings unparalleled expertise to every family she works with. She doesn't offer platitudes. She offers precision: clear plans, actionable strategies, and a commitment to staying by a family's side for as long as they need.
